Statute of Former Khmer Empire King Javarman VII

Hello every one!
This is photo I shot in a hotel in Siem Reap in early April 2008. The statute of King Javarman VII of former Khmer empire during Angkorean period is the most popular king of Cambodia. His leadership and his reign are taken a good example of Cambodians regarding national union and development.
I wish to see that the statute of Javarman VII would be really the symbol of strengths of Cambodia along with Buddhist religion. If I am not wrong, he is also a symbol of religion harmonization.

Yeah, the king symbolizes Khmer power and unity. Nice to see the statue is very well placed!
