I left Open Forum of Cambodia in early 2004 and joint the Commune Council Support Project from March 2004. My new workplace gave me more new friends and experiences in decentralization and local governance. I acknowledged that my works there were very successful as I have had good friends and I learnt a lot about project management and decentralization from Mr. Ismael E. Trasmonte, Mr. Sem Pengsean, Mr. Hun Sovadhanak and other friends.

Because of this, I would like to post this article to remind my past and share with my friends and visitors on my real life. Please you enjoy with pictures taken while we did staff retreat at Kirirom national park in 2005 which I got from Mrs. Chak Solyneth who kept them so long time ago.
